Sponsorship Levels

Hero Portraits, Inc. is truly grateful for the sponsors who understand and appreciate the value in supporting this project and those families who receive a portrait of their hero. Securing a Hero Portraits, Inc. sponsorship is an ideal opportunity to make sure your potential customers know about your company, and understand that you support heroic Americans. Specific benefits of these sponsorship levels are outlined below.

There are many ways a company can become a sponsor including direct sponsorship, employee matching, fundraising events, or "in-kind" sponsorship.

Other target sponsorships can be directed to a specific group, state, organization, etc. A few examples of how a company could elect to sponsor are: 1) All 911 Firemen 2) All Medal of Honor Recipients still living 3) All Police Officers killed in the line of duty in a certain state or region. The specific options are indeed endless, and we welcome your thoughts and ideas.

Founder Level $1,000,000 plus, annual commitment

This Founder level sponsor will allow maximum name placement at all Hero Portrait events, permanent "Founding" recognition on the website, printed materials, and on all Portrait shipping boxes. You will receive permanent name placement at any built memorials or headquarters via a bronze plaque and a similar plaque to be placed at your company headquarters. This level requires a 3-year commitment. In addition, you will receive "first right of refusal" on any future TV or book projects, which may come to fruition. This first right of refusal may require additional sponsor funding based on the project underway.

Presenting Level $250,000 plus, annual commitment

This premium level sponsor will allow top name placement at all Hero Portrait events, website, printed materials, your name prominently printed on all Portrait shipping boxes and you will receive the maximum recognition rights and benefits from the Foundation. This level requires a 3-year commitment.

Corporate Sponsor Level $100,000 plus, annual commitment

This Corporate sponsor level will require a 3 year commitment and allow prominent name placement at all Hero Portrait events, website, printed materials, your name printed on all Portrait shipping boxes and you will receive substantial recognition rights and benefits from the Foundation. This level requires a 3-year commitment.

Business Sponsor Level $25,000 plus, annual commitment

This Business sponsor level will require a 3 year commitment and allow name placement at all Hero Portrait events, website, printed materials, your name affixed to all Portrait shipping boxes and you will receive recognition rights and benefits from the Foundation. This level requires a 3-year commitment.

Individual Sponsorships $5000 plus, annual commitment

For those Companies or individuals wishing to make a contribution of $5000 or more annually, we thank you. For this commitment you will have prominent name recognition on our Donor Wall on the website. Additionally, you will receive preferred seating at any Gala or event and will be recognized by the Foundation.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to direct contributions, Hero Portraits can certainly use your help in additional ways. Just some of the ways your can help are:

1. In-kind contributions of various items or services needed for operating Hero Portraits including, hardware, software, marketing materials, printing, airline miles, radio/tv airtime, and other related and complimentary product or services.
2. Employee matching and support is always needed and appreciated. We welcome your contact to discuss different projects that will work in developing internal communication and projects for and with your employees. Empowering employees to support the effort can have a profound impact on your employees and your customers.
3. Vendor and other Corporation support: Involving your vendors, related companies, and other companies within your community can be a major help in supporting Hero Portraits while also building strong relationships with those companies. We welcome introductions and support in identifying and making contact with those you suggest.
